Sean is a doctoral student in the International Education Policy program at ËÄÉ«AV of Maryland, College Park. Originally from Taiwan, he received his BA in English from Fu Jen Catholic ËÄÉ«AV in Taiwan and his M.Ed in higher education from the ËÄÉ«AV of Massachusetts Amherst. Prior to his doctoral study, he worked in language test development and research and has interned with Fulbright Taiwan.
